Peach Door Counselling
Richelle offers Registered Clinical Counselling through her private practice Peach Door Counselling. She is available at the clinic on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
Richelle offers a professional, safe, compassionate and non-judgmental space to share struggles, worries, and adversities, to express emotions, and to be heard. She works together with her clients to help identify their thought and behaviour patterns, set goals, learn strategies and coping skills, and make lasting changes towards a fulfilling and balanced life, designed by the client.
She works from a person-centred and strength-based lens, and while she tends to work from an eclectic and integrative approach in helping clients in a way that best suits their needs, she is trained in more specific therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy (NT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
