The clinic is on the corner of Broadway Street and 3rd Avenue SW, with the entrance on 3rd Ave, on the ground-level. Parking is located just outside the door. The facility, including washroom, is handicap accessible.
Columbia Basin Trust (CBT) is located on the upper level of the building, and may serve as a landmark for our location for some people.
